Moving home
I’ve decided I’m going back to Tucson. I have several reasons for doing so.
First, it’s too expensive for me to live here. I earn $7.50/hr at my job. Here studio apartments start in the $700/mo range. Tucson they are around $350-400 range. Sometimes even less than that.
Second, my friend isn’t the same person he was before he got married. He has become someone I’m not sure I can call my best friend. That and I’ve come to hate his wife. She treats me like garbage. Several times I’ve become so angry that I came very close to attacking her.
Third, I’m very tired of living 15 miles outside of town and having to rely on others to drive me into town. I’m feeling trapped when I have a day off work. At least in Tucson I can hop on a bus and go places to get out of the house.
I think the big question you need to ask yourself is why are you only making $7.50 an hour at your age? You made some terrible life choices, my friend.
Not everyone has the same opportunities, you do what you can achieve. How poor we truly are when we measure wealth in monetary terms; overlooking the true value of ourselves and those we love.”
– Kelly Comeau
Making alot of money is not important. We do what we need to live and be happy.
sigh… I LOVE Tucson! I wish I could move back there.
JK, i’m sure he knows what he has done and hasn’t. At least he has a job and is not homeless
And thats great man, I hope you have a better time there!
