Templates For All

I started Templates For All in 2002 under the name of Designers Block. I originally created the site as a place to give away website templates that I created as a hobby. As time went on I added website tools so people could enhance their templates. There have been several different versions of the site over the years. In the last few years I’ve focused on standards compliance.

Farpoint Forums

I have been listening to podcasts made by Farpoint Media for a few years now. In early 2007 I approached one of the owners of Farpoint Media about starting up forums. He mentioned he didn’t have time, but if I wanted to do it as a fan made forums, I could. Since then it’s home to forums for lots of different podcasts. It’s now the official forums for Farpoint Media. The forum software we run is provided by MyBB.

The Gatecast Podcast

Back in the beginning of 2008 I was talking to my friend Alan over in Ireland about podcasting. The subject of me wanting to do a show came up. We decided on Stargate. We were going to do a Stargate podcast and go episode by episode talking about each one. On June 2nd, 2008 we released the first episode. After a few Episodes I found a job and my time wasn’t that open anymore. After 9 months or so of not releasing any new episodes Alan found a new host and continued and I still work on the website.

Age Of War

I’ve been playing Age of War since late 1997. On July 4^th 2004 I was promoted from player to a staff member on the game. I was given the opportunity to update the website. Not only have I updated the site, but I plan to eventually have it XHTML compliant as well. This is not a project I own.

Note: I no longer actively play. I’m not currently involved with the website. They still use my old design.
