Why do butchers wear lab coats?

You may think butchers wear lab coats to protect them from the blood. Thats not the case. They really wear them because they secretly want to be mad scientists. With all those animal body parts, they have material to play Dr. Frankenstein.

I’ll let you think about that for a while. I’ll be here when you get back.

Can’t you just imagine them sitting in the butchery (is that a word?) and attaching wierd pieces of meat together and then plugging them in to see if they come to life. Sadly they only start smoking and smelling like burnt meat. Then they try to attach a fish head to a chicken body then they plug that in. When the head pops because the current is too much, they just turn down the current and try again with a different fish species. When nothing works, they get back to work with sad looks on their faces. Sorry, not today, maybe tomarrow.

  1. What was your first job again?

  2. My first job? I bussed tables. Then I built sets for plays. Then I did internet tech support. Then 3 jobs doing surveys. Now I’m a donut fryer.
